Shaanxi Sanhe Construction Group Co., Ltd. Convened the 2026 Annual Work Meeting and the First Session of the First Workers' Representative Congress

   On February 10, Shaanxi Sanhe Construction Group Co., Ltd. held its 2026 Annual Work Meeting and the First Session of the First Workers' Representative Congress. The meeting conveyed the spirit of the work meetings of Shaanxi Water Development Group and Shaanxi Water Development Design Group, systematically summarized the achievements of 2025 and the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, deeply analyzed existing problems and deficiencies, and clarified the overall work ideas, expected goals, and key tasks for 2026. Song Wenbo, Deputy General Manager of Shaanxi Water Development Design Group, attended to guide the meeting, and Wang Xiaoping, Executive Director and General Manager of Sanhe Company, delivered the work report.
   Song Wenbo fully affirmed the achievements made by Sanhe Company in 2025 and during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. In his speech, he pointed out that Sanhe Company has achieved remarkable results with many highlights in areas such as production and operation, market development, project management, reform and innovation, and Party building leadership. He emphasized that Sanhe Company should focus on business goals to reach new heights in performance; optimize market layout to expand new development space; strictly manage projects to polish the new brand of quality; and deepen reform and innovation to activate new development momentum, providing inexhaustible power for the company's steady and long-term progress.

    The meeting noted that in 2025, facing a complex and severe external environment and arduous tasks of reform and development, Sanhe Company consistently adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. It deeply implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC and its plenary sessions, closely followed the annual work arrangements of the Design Group, and unswervingly promoted the "Focus on Core, Diversified Expansion" business strategy. As a result, the business structure was continuously optimized, project fulfillment progressed steadily, the brand image was enhanced, corporate management was deepened, Party building leadership was strong and effective, and the "14th Five-Year Plan" goals were successfully concluded.
   The meeting pointed out that in 2026, Sanhe Company will closely follow the theme of "High-Quality Development," adhere to the general principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability, and fully, accurately, and comprehensively implement the new development philosophy. It will serve and integrate into the new development pattern, anchor the "One Increase, Two Optimizations, Four Improvements" target management requirements, deepen reform and innovation, strengthen lean management, prevent and resolve risks, and enhance the construction of the talent team. By leading corporate culture construction through Party building, the company will strive to achieve simultaneous improvements in scale, efficiency, quality, and brand, ensuring a good start for the "15th Five-Year Plan."
   The meeting emphasized that 2026 is the opening year of the "15th Five-Year Plan," and doing a good job throughout the year is of great significance.
