Sanhe Company Holds 2025 Q1 Production and Operation Meeting

   On April 14, Shaanxi Sanhe Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. organized and held the Q1 2025 production and operation meeting.The meeting heard work reports from various production and operation departments, analyzed existing problems and matters requiring overall coordination, discussed plans to further advance production and operation work, and proposed specific solutions for target gaps.

The meeting concluded that in the first quarter, the company consistently adhered to the"seeking progress while maintaining stability, promoting stability through progress, upholding integrity and innovation, establishing before abolishing, and systematic integration and collaborative cooperation" overall tone, solidly advanced the implementation of various tasks, achieved a stable start in production and operations, made significant progress in market expansion, steadily advanced overseas business, and successfully met its phased objectives.

The meeting emphasized that in the face of the current complex and severe market environment, all departments must anchor their goals, strengthen confidence, rise to challenges, go all out, focus on their main responsibilities and core businesses, vigorously grasp production and operations and project construction, and lay a solid foundation for achieving annual targets.

The meeting requested that efforts for Q2 production and operation work should focus on six aspects: First, focus on core businesses to ensure the smooth implementation of key projects; Second, intensify efforts in collecting project information for targeted actions; Third, excel in ongoing projects and refine rolling operations; Fourth, consolidate primary responsibilities to efficiently support business operations; Fifth, strengthen risk control and enhance compliance awareness; Sixth, optimize the business team and solidify the operational foundation.

Members of the company's leadership team and personnel at or above the deputy head level from all departments attended the meeting.
