Compensation Policy


1. Adhere to the principle of distribution according to work, balancing efficiency and fairness. Wage budget management, while reflecting labor efficiency and benefits, also considers internal fairness, striving to build harmonious distribution relationships.
2. Adhere to the principle of combining macro and micro regulation. The use of the total wage amount is subject to macro regulation and classified and hierarchical management, fully leveraging the enterprise's autonomous distribution role as a market entity. Based on the market's fundamental role in regulating enterprise income distribution, gradually align employee wage levels with labor market prices, and reasonably adjust income distribution relationships among enterprises and among various personnel within enterprises.
3. Adhere to the principle of being benefit-oriented, living within one's means, and allowing for both increases and decreases. Enterprise wage increases and decreases are linked to enterprise benefit increases and decreases, focusing on the enterprise's growth and profitability, maintaining stable growth in enterprise operating revenue and continuous growth in profit levels, and ensuring a steady increase in enterprise wage levels.
4. Adhere to the principle that employee wage levels should be commensurate with enterprise competitiveness. Based on improving enterprise economic efficiency, and comprehensively considering factors such as enterprise strategic planning and socio-economic development, establish and improve the total wage determination mechanism and the normal employee wage growth mechanism.
