Sanhe Company Actively Carries Out Various Learning and Training Activities


I. Company Conducts New Employee Onboarding Training

To better help new employees transition into their roles and quickly integrate into new positions, the 2019 new employee onboarding training of Shaanxi Sanhe Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was held in the company's third-floor conference room from March 13 to 19, 2019. A total of 26 people from various units and departments of the company participated in this training.

At 9:00 AM on March 13, Vice General Manager Wang Zhan, on behalf of the company, welcomed the new employees. He pointed out that everyone should uphold the Sanhe spirit of "unity, pragmatism, quality, and efficiency," and hoped that new employees would take inheritance and innovation as the internal driving force for development, be willing to dedicate themselves and dare to take responsibility, contributing to the company's construction. He then put forward several requirements for the new employees: first, to establish a strong sense of ownership and firm responsibility; second, to foster teamwork and enhance team collaboration spirit; third, to carry forward the spirit of hard work, not choosing comfort when capable of enduring hardship; fourth, to cultivate the determination and confidence to bravely face challenges and be good at innovation; and fifth, to continuously strengthen learning and improve overall quality.

Training personnel from departments such as Human Resources Department, Cost Consulting Center, Contract Management Department, Capital Audit Department, Engineering Management Department, Quality and Safety Department, Office, Technology Research and Development Department, Water Conservancy Division, and Business Development Department, respectively, provided comprehensive and in-depth explanations on the company's organizational structure, corporate culture, various human resource systems, financial reimbursement system, safety production management, and departmental job responsibilities.

Through this training, new employees gained a preliminary understanding of the general company's basic situation and relevant systems, further solidifying their business foundation, helping them quickly enter work mode, and strengthening their confidence in their career paths. It is believed that new employees will be able to face various challenges more confidently in the future, fear no difficulties, contribute their strength to the company's development, and win their own splendid future.

II. Company Organizes Class 2 Registered Constructor Training Course

On April 20, 2019, organized by the company's Human Resources Department, a total of 21 people from various departments and positions within the company participated in the pre-exam training course for Class 2 Registered Constructors. This training was divided into two phases: reinforcement and sprint, adopting a teaching format that combined centralized face-to-face instruction with discussion and exchange, lasting over two months in total.

The company leadership attached great importance to this training. The leaders pointed out that organizing this training course was of great significance: firstly, it adapts to the current societal need for professional training and certification. Just like personnel in financial systems, professional technical personnel in construction enterprises must adhere to the principle of professionals doing professional work, and holding a certificate for employment is imperative; secondly, as a national unified professional qualification examination, increasing the number of certified constructors not only helps the company's future development in undertaking business and expanding scale but also serves as effective proof of the certificate holder's personal quality and ability, achieving a win-win situation for individual growth and enterprise development; thirdly, the company will continue to strengthen efforts in establishing an incentive mechanism for professional qualifications, encouraging trainees to actively participate in training and examinations for certification, and rewarding those who obtain certificates through their respective units, thereby promoting the long-term development of professional qualification examination and certification work.

This training course, combining the content of the 'Class 2 Registered Constructor Professional Qualification Examination Syllabus,' focused on the study of 'Construction Engineering Laws and Related Knowledge,' 'Construction Engineering Project Management,' and 'Professional Engineering Management and Practice' (Water Conservancy), helping trainees to thoroughly understand the examination structure and key and difficult points in the textbooks.

III. Company Organizes "Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Publicity and Main Body Training" Activity

To deeply publicize and implement the 'Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases,' enhance workers' awareness and ability for self-protection, and effectively safeguard their occupational health rights, April 25 to May 1, 2019, marked the 17th 'Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Law' Publicity Week. The company headquarters conducted a special training session for the 2019 Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Law Publicity Week on April 26.
Company leaders, various departments, all safety officers, and other relevant personnel participated; the Quality and Safety Department was specifically responsible for the instruction and training. The training mainly covered 'Occupational Disease Laws and Regulations and Basic Knowledge,' 'Identification of Occupational Disease Hazards,' 'How to Prevent and Control Occupational Diseases,' and 'Selection and Use of Protective Equipment.' Through the 'Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases' and the 'Healthy China, Occupational Health Companion' publicity week, the training aimed to enhance the important understanding of occupational health work among employees in various positions, control and eliminate occupational disease hazards at the source, and further improve the company's occupational disease prevention and control efforts. A special examination was conducted after the training, achieving good training results.

IV. Finance and Capital Department Organizes 2019 Routine Work Training

In accordance with the spirit of the company's annual work meeting and departmental work arrangements, on March 22, 2019, the Finance and Capital Department of Shaanxi Sanhe Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. organized the 2019 routine work training. Comrade Gao Xiao from the Finance and Capital Department explained the latest system regulations regarding financial payments between the company, project departments, and branches, as well as the filling and registration of relevant financial documents. She provided detailed explanations on OA process filling and uploading, cost invoices and VAT special invoice deduction link registration, project department payment application form filling, and the new registration rules for internal project receipt and payment records within the Finance and Capital Department.

With the continuous expansion of the company's business and the deepening of national financial system reforms in recent years, project coordination and internal improvement of financial work have gradually become important aspects of the daily work of the company's Finance and Capital Department. Through the training, colleagues in the finance department gained a comprehensive understanding of the relevant work, clarified their respective responsibilities, laying a foundation for further improving the work ability and efficiency of departmental employees.
