Strengthen the Foundation of Safety, Consolidate the Essence of Rule of Law — Shaanxi Sanhe Construction Group Co., Ltd. Holds Advanced Training on Fine Management of Construction Safety and Legal Risk Prevention and Control

    To comprehensively enhance the safety management level in the construction field and effectively strengthen enterprises' legal risk prevention and control capabilities, from May 27 to 29, Shaanxi Sanhe Construction Group Co., Ltd. organized an online live advanced training course on "Refined Safety Management and Legal Risk Prevention and Control in Construction".

    This training was forward-looking and practical, inviting three experts: an expert from the State Council's Major and Extraordinary Accident Investigation Committee, a member of the Shanghai Safety and Quality Supervision Expert Group, and a partner of Shanghai Yuanqin Law Firm. They systematically explained from five dimensions: general contractor responsibilities, dual prevention mechanisms, subcontractor management, on-site standardization, and legal risks and countermeasures for production safety of general contractors.

    Through the training, all participants further deepened their understanding and awareness of the concept of refined safety management in construction, effectively enhanced their practical operation capabilities in production safety and legal risk prevention and control, and truly strengthened their ideological consciousness and practical initiative to manage according to law and operate in compliance. This laid a foundation for the enterprise to continuously prevent and resolve production safety risks and promote high-quality development.

    More than 120 people, including leaders of Sanhe Company, heads of branches, project department heads, safety officers, and related management personnel, participated in this training.
