Technology-driven Dust Suppression, Setting Benchmarks for Green Construction

   On December 25, Hao Guangyao, Secretary of the Tongchuan Municipal Party Committee, and his delegation visited the Tongchuan Wangyi District Auto Parts Industrial Park Supporting Sewage Treatment Plant Project, constructed by Shaanxi Sanhe Construction Group Co., Ltd., for inspection and investigation.

   Hao Guangyao went deep into the construction site to conduct on-site inspections of the construction environment and bare soil coverage. He emphasized the need to strengthen refined management, strictly implement measures such as spray dust suppression, standardized material stacking, and vehicle washing to effectively control construction site dust. He stressed the solid advancement of pollution prevention and control, scientifically understanding the causes and diffusion patterns of air pollutants, and making great efforts in dust prevention and control to promote continuous improvement in air quality. He also highlighted the importance of addressing both symptoms and root causes, persisting in key breakthroughs to drive overall improvement, and supporting high-quality development with a high-quality ecological environment.

   Since the start of the project, Sanhe Company has strictly implemented the relevant requirements of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government on air pollution prevention and control. Firmly establishing the concept of green and environmental development, the company has integrated dust control into the entire construction process. Based on the "Six 100%" standards, the project department has actively explored an intelligent management model of "human defense + technical defense." While fully implementing basic requirements such as fencing, hardening, wet operations, vehicle washing, muck sealing, and bare soil coverage, it has further promoted digital, precise, and systematic governance. By building a prevention and control system covering the source, process, and end-stage, the project ensures that various dust pollution control measures are implemented thoroughly and effectively, striving to protect the city's air quality.

   The Tongchuan Wangyi District Auto Parts Industrial Park Supporting Sewage Treatment Plant Project is located in the Wangyi District Economic and Technological Development Zone of Tongchuan City, with a total investment of 91.2296 million yuan. The main project involves the construction of a new electroplating sewage treatment plant with a daily capacity of 2,000 cubic meters and a total construction area of 4,522 square meters, including 2,057 square meters of above-ground area and 2,465 square meters of underground structures. Ancillary facilities such as industrial sewage collection pipe galleries, intelligent control systems, professional electroplating sewage testing, and smart management systems will be built simultaneously to construct a full-process sewage treatment guarantee system.

   Upon completion, the project will effectively fill the gap in industrial sewage treatment for the Auto Parts Industrial Park, accurately matching the sewage discharge and treatment needs of production enterprises within the park, and establishing a solid environmental protection foundation for legal production. Meanwhile, the project will further improve the park's infrastructure system, significantly enhancing its carrying capacity and attractiveness, helping to attract more high-quality enterprises to settle in, and injecting strong momentum into the green transformation and high-quality development of the industrial park.

   To date, the main structure of the project's underground building has been completed.
