On January 6th, representatives of the owners and the property management company of Jinlin Community on Miqin Road, Baqiao District, Xi'an City, jointly presented red banners inscribed with "State-owned enterprise takes responsibility, delivers practical deeds, builds roads for the people, warms hearts" and "State-owned enterprise busy with public welfare road construction, beneficial actions warm homes" to the office building of Shaanxi Sanhe Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., expressing their gratitude to the company for actively taking on social responsibility, prioritizing the interests of the public, and diligently repairing roads to alleviate their concerns.

It is reported that the main road surface of Jinlin Community, due to long-term vehicle pressure and natural factors, suffered from large-area cracks, ground subsidence, and road ponding, causing significant inconvenience for residents' travel.

To thoroughly resolve the difficulties residents faced in commuting, Sanhe Company fully leveraged its professional technical advantages as a construction enterprise, selected key personnel, meticulously designed, optimized construction, and fully funded the renovation of the main road surface using durable asphalt concrete materials, as well as cleaning, dredging, and repairing the storm drains, thereby completely solving issues such as uneven road surfaces and water accumulation in the community.

The project completed over 400 meters of main road renovation, laid a total area of over 3000 square meters of asphalt concrete roads, and repaired 41 damaged storm drains and 12 sunken ground areas.

The renovated roads look brand new, the residents' commuting environment has been significantly improved, and has received unanimous praise from the community residents.
