Sanhe Company's Highjiawan Tunnel Project in the Leijiahe Reservoir Irrigation Area Successfully Completed

On December 19th, the Gaojiawan Tunnel Project of the Leijiahe Reservoir Irrigation District, undertaken by Shaanxi Sanhe Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., was successfully completed. Cheng Weiping, Deputy District Mayor of Lizhou District, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province, attended the completion ceremony. Wang Xiaoping, Executive Director and General Manager of Sanhe Company, and Yang Jianjun, Deputy General Manager, attended the ceremony as representatives of the participating units.

The Gaojiawan Tunnel Project is located in Lizhou District, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province. The main construction contents include: open channel (55.07 meters), tunnel (3924.64 meters), sluice gates, and other structures, including civil construction, procurement and installation of metal structures, temporary construction works, soil and water conservation engineering, and environmental protection engineering. Upon completion, the project will effectively solve the local irrigation and drinking water problems, benefiting 22,100 people and irrigating an area of 34,900 mu. It is of great significance for promoting the development of the local grain industry and driving the agricultural product market economy.
Since the commencement of the project on April 10, 2023, the project team has strictly followed the deployment and requirements of all parties, fully embodying the corporate spirit of "unity, pragmatism, quality, and efficiency." They have successfully overcome numerous difficulties, including complex construction, high safety risks, and stringent environmental protection requirements. Through the joint efforts of a large number of engineering technicians and all participating personnel, the tunnel was completed 100 days ahead of schedule.

Wang Xiaoping demanded that all employees of the project department take this completion ceremony as an opportunity to continue to focus on management goals such as safety, quality, schedule, and environmental protection. They should continuously optimize resource allocation, strengthen factor guarantees, adhere to the construction philosophy of "high-quality management, high-standard progress, high-quality construction," and use "project goal orientation, goal node management, and node responsibility" as their approach. They should plan meticulously, construct scientifically, and advance rapidly, maintaining their usual vigor and striving to complete the remaining project tasks with high standards, strict requirements, and high efficiency.
