From November 27th to November 29th, Shaanxi Sanhe Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. held its third technical staff training for 2024, lasting three days.

At the training mobilization meeting, Wang Zhan, Deputy General Manager of the company, put forward specific requirements for the trainees from four aspects: cherishing opportunities and full commitment; proactive learning and diligent thinking; applying knowledge to practice and innovating; and teamwork and common progress.

This training adopted a "online + offline" synchronous teaching method, inviting experts from relevant fields and experienced technical backbones from within the company to provide high-quality training to over 60 employees from the company headquarters and project frontline. The training delved into theory while also strengthening practical operational guidance, covering various aspects such as "Digital Labor Services Assisting Enterprise Labor Management Transformation," "Social Etiquette," "Construction Site Management," "Construction Project Acceptance," "Financial Management," and "Risk Management," providing employees with a systematic and in-depth understanding of the relevant knowledge.
