To thoroughly implement the deployment requirements of the Provincial Department of Water Resources Party Group and the Provincial Water Conservancy Construction Engineering Center Party Committee regarding the Party Discipline Learning and Education, promote the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party to develop in depth, educate and guide all Party members and cadres to strictly abide by Party discipline and regulations, bravely take on responsibilities, and actively contribute to the high-quality development of Shaanxi's water conservancy undertakings, on June 28, the Party Committee of the Provincial Water Conservancy Construction Engineering Center, the Party Committee of Shaanxi Water Affairs Development and Construction Group Co., Ltd., the Party Branch of Fuping County Shichuan River Management Station, and the Party Branch of Sanhe Company jointly held a "July 1" theme Party Day activity titled "Strictly Abide by Party Discipline and Regulations, Forge Excellent Work Style, and Live Up to the Mission" at the Shichuan River Embankment Reinforcement Project construction site.

Yang Jianping, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Water Conservancy Construction Engineering Center, and Liu Tao, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shaanxi Water Affairs Development and Construction Group Co., Ltd., participated in and guided this activity.

During the activity, leaders from the Engineering Center and the Construction Group inspected the project construction site, listened to relevant introductions, and provided reminders and guidance on aspects such as quality and safety, project progress, and refined management. Afterwards, all Party members re-pledged their oath of joining the Party in the project department's courtyard.

After the activity at the project site, all Party members and cadres visited the Fuping Patriotism Education Base to learn and experience firsthand the patriotic sentiments and noble spirit of the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries. At the solemn Xi Zhongxun Mausoleum, all Party members and cadres lined up neatly, reverently gazed at Xi Zhongxun's statue, laid wreaths, held a memorial ceremony, and deeply commemorated the noble qualities of selfless dedication, practical responsibility, and loyalty to the Party demonstrated by the older generation of revolutionaries.
