Shaanxi Sanhe Construction Group Co., Ltd., formerly known as Shaanxi Sanhe Engineering Company, was established in 1992 with the approval of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Water Resources. In 2017, it became a state-controlled limited liability company after a comprehensive restructuring.
